FC City Council sets meeting

The Forrest City City Council is scheduled to meet in regular session at 6 this evening at city hall.

Before the council begins addressing the agenda items, a public hearing will be held on an outdoor recreation grant for the library.

Under new business, the council will consider resolutions for a TAP grant and a library park grant. They will also recognize Shirley Harvell for her service as a member of the Delta Regional Airport Authority. An awards presentation is also scheduled in regard to the recent Run for the Wall.

The meeting is open to the public.
